In which countries is Eddy's Adventure rental service available?
Eddy's Adventure is currently only available in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. We will also be available in Canada from 2024.
When will the rented products reach me or when will the products arrive?
When will the rented products reach me or when will the products arrive?
Your first day of rental is also your first day of adventure. We ship the products so that they arrive 1-2 days before your first day of rental. This way we make sure that everything arrives on time.
Are there shipping costs?

In Germany we deliver free shipping for orders over 75 EUR! Up to an order value of EUR 75, shipping costs are EUR 4.95.
The return shipping is always free!
For other countries such as B. Austria has a different shipping cost regulation. Shipping costs are calculated and shown during the check-out process.

We have a minimum rental period of 3 days. You can choose the rental period flexibly in daily increments. We have a maximum rental period of 6 weeks. If you would like to rent for a longer period, please contact us and we will give you an individual offer for your duration.
If you would like to borrow a larger number of products as a group, please contact us personally or send us an email to info@eddysadventure.de.

Our products are generally new or, if they have already been borrowed, as good as new. After each rental period, the products are checked and, if defective, replaced with new products.

Yes, the equipment is cleaned after each rental. We use biodegradable cleaners that have as little impact on the environment as possible. With our sleeping bags you always receive a rental liner, but this has nothing to do with the hygienic condition.

Yes, you can e.g. B. rent several tents, several sleeping bags and several mats and other accessories. We can charge you a group rate if you contact us about this. Simply email us at info@eddysadventure.de or call us at +49 441-35042938.

Can I also buy products if I just like them too much?
Yes, you can also purchase the borrowed items if you want to keep them and not send them back to us. Talk to us about this early enough. You will then receive an attractive special price from us for your items because you have already used them.

No, you do not have to clean the products as we check and clean each item after the rental process.
In order to ensure that the products can be used for as long as possible in the spirit of environmental protection, we would like to ask that the products are free of any coarse dirt and are sent back to us in dry packaging.
The tent, sleeping mat or sleeping bag should NOT be packed up damp after your adventure, otherwise they can quickly become moldy and damage the high-quality functional fabrics.
Please do not clean with brushes, chemicals, detergents or washing machines, otherwise the products may be damaged.

No, we're not that petty. However, since we pay attention to high-quality pegs in our tents, these are correspondingly expensive. So if several tent pegs are missing, we will charge you the replacement price, not the classic sales price that you know from the specialist shop.
How do we deal with damage to the products?
How do we deal with damage to the products?
Something can always break. If the damage is due to improper use, i.e. you have treated the item incorrectly, we will try to repair it and charge you for the repair. However, if the damage is so extensive that a repair does not make sense for us, we will charge you the replacement price for the product, i.e. the purchase price.
But as I said, damage can happen and through our experience we can clearly distinguish between damage that can simply happen and deliberate damage.
